MICRONTECH ESTIC DC NUTRUNNER WITH TOUCH PANEL CONTROLLER

microntech has introduced a New handy 2000 Touch controller with the easy and quick programmable feature, it has all the same features as handy 2000 lite plus series have, but it has some additional features also. Like, first of all, it is a touch-type controller, it contain 7 inch LCD touch panel through which an operator can easily change all parameter setting in front of the controller's face, we can store approx. 50000 records of fastening data which is higher from handy 2000 lite series, 60 records of torque curve data which includes 30 OK and 30 NG records which are also higher than the handy2000lite .



It contains two Ethernet port for communication as handy 2000 lite controller only contain one ethernet port for communication . Also, there is a good point that there is no difference between the tool models of the touch series controller and the lite series controller. We can attach the same tool in both the controllers. We can also attach the two controllers with each other to make it a multispindle system through a Net cable. We can also see the graph on the display as well as the touch screen of this controller, this helps to reduce the time to get a PC and connect it to management software then do these essential observations like graph reading. Rest all the features are the same as Tightening methods, Fieldbus communication options, Tightening program numbers, system error records, Programming, etc.

It can solve many problems, it helps to keep watching the causes of NG in fastening, help to decide the main aspects of results, help to decide the band of angle to keep application safe. We cannot see some small dents in a thread of a bolt or small burr around but when they get fastened in an application they create lots of problems & without torque curve graph we cannot see these hidden causes of NG. the graph always tells us the way of fastening like if a bolt has damage thread & it tightens by an operator then the graph shows spikes in that portion where that damage threads got tighten.
