System Information

ESTIC management software of handy DC Nutrunner has option system information, it shows the current system outline like Nutrunner information, tightening count, controller information, etc. It can be used to check the type when making an inquiry.

Tool Type:- It shows the tool model and according to model name you can understand the type of a tool like Pulse-type or direct, angular, pistol or straight, as shown in above attachment tool-type EH2-R1016-P.


Gear Ratio- It shows the reduction ratio up to the torque sensor of the tool unit. It is the built-in gear ratio for the nutrunner.

EXT Ratio- It’s a tool output gear ratio. It shows the reduction ratio up to the torque sensor of the too unit.

Initial Zero- It shows the zero point data in calibration.

Check force- It shows the calibration data.

Tool serial No.- It shows the serial number Of connected tool unit.

Cycle Count – It shows the total number of fastening of the nutrunner unit.

Controller serial No.- It shows the manufacturing serial number of the controller.

Controller softversion- It shows the version number of the controller.

TYPE OF GRAPH IN ESTIC NUTRUNNER Torque curve graph is main & a very special feature of DC nutrunners. It can solve many problems, it helps to keep watching the causes of NG in fastening, help to decide the main aspects of results, help to decide the band of angle to keep application safe.
