TYPE OF GRAPH IN ESTIC NUTRUNNER

Torque curve graph is main & a very special feature of DC nutrunners. It can solve many problems, it helps to keep watching the causes of NG in fastening, help to decide the main aspects of results, help to decide the band of angle to keep application safe. We cannot see some small dents in a thread of a bolt or small burr around but when they get fastened in an application they create lots of problems & without torque curve graph we cannot see these hidden causes of NG. the graph always tells us the way of fastening like if a bolt has damage thread & it tightens by an operator then the graph shows spikes in that portion where that damage threads got tighten. It also helps to decide the free-running band of the bolt . So who is strong in reading the graph can solve the problem in seconds. So Estic has two types of graph, one is torque versus time & another is torque versus angle.

 In torque versus the time we can see the development of torque with respect to time & in torque versus the angle, we can see the development of torque with respect to angle as shown in the picture. We can judge the disturbances that occurred in starting of fastening as well in the ending of fastening.
The graph can generate in estic are of two types, one is for Direct the model which goes straight as shown in the picture .

One for Pulse mode which goes in pulses as shown in the picture , this also help to count the number of pulses & power in each pulse consumed in a tightening, through which we can increase or decrease the power of a tool and make tool operation smoother, reactionless & vibrationless.
A graph is a quality feature of any DC tool, it is always meaningful in all the controlling modes like Torque control, Torque control angle monitor, Angle Control, Torque & Angle control, Torque or Angle control, Reverse angle, Yield angle , Yield & in Inspection torque. Estic Handy 2000 lite series controller can save 30 records of the torque curve data (20 OK tightenings, 10 NG tightening ) & Master control unit of Z50 series can save the 50 records of torque curve data.
