Hanging orientations are a very important part of the assembly of a product, it decides the comfort of an operator and also lowers the time of assembling of a product. High torque DC tools are always heavy with respect to conventional impact or some other tools, so correct orientation is important to keep the tool straight & lowers the fatigue of the operator . Also, it impacts the accuracy of the tool , when you are using angle monitoring & angle control functions, so it is mandatory to keep the tool incorrect direction & always straight. So MicrontechEstic DC Nutrunner has various types of hangers to keep the pistol tool in horizontal as well as in vertical position, they have the same types of hangers for angular & straight types tools also to keep them horizontal & in a vertical position. Below we describe all the hangers :

·        EH2-SY01

 

This hanger is for straight & right angle tool to keep the tool in a horizontal position, this the hanger is also called swivel hanger because we can rotate the tool 360 degrees while using the tool without any fatigue. This hanger is for all the tools including 100 & 200W.

·        EH2-SB01

 

This hanger is also for straight & right angle tool to keep the tool in a horizontal position, this hanger is fixed, you cannot rotate the tool. This hanger is for only 100W of tools.

·        ENRH-SB02

 

This hanger is the same as SB-01, the only difference is that this is for the 200W tool.

·        EH2-SH01

 

This hanger is also for straight & right angle tools to keep the tool in a vertical position. Estic tool cable has groove for fixing this hanger, so this hanger is fixed in the tool cable to keep the tool in the vertical position.

·        EH2-PH01

 

This hanger is for pistol type tool, through this hanger we can use the tool in horizontal position & this hanger is specially made to keep the pistol tool upside down. So this hanger two advantages. This is compatible with all types of pistol tools of estic.

·        EH2-PH02

 

This hanger is for pistol type tool to keep the tool in horizontal position & keep the tool straight as shown in picture

·        EH2-PH03

 

This hanger for all types of pistol tools to keep the tool in a vertical position as shown in the picture .
