 Line integration is mandatory when we want to make our process fully error-proof. Line integration is not possible in conventional pneumatic tools as they do not have any controller to give them quality features, also they do not give good accuracy. We also have many inputs and outputs in MicrontechEstic DC Nutrunner controller through which we can give and take the signals from conveyor line like CH selection signal, tool enable signal, OK and NG signal etc. We can use these signals through hard wires. Next is we can also use the barcode with the controller, we can directly attach the barcode with the MicrontechEstic DC Nutrunner controller and scan the barcode printed on every application and select the channel according to barcode, data will also save in reference to the scanned barcode. So barcode with OK NG the signal is also an option .

 


 

We also have the remote I/O and Fieldbus communication option in MicrontechEstic DC Nutrunner through which we can give and take all the signals without any hardwire, Fieldbus options like CC-link, Ethernet IP, Profibus, and all. We can directly communicate with the server or conveyor PLC through only one single Fieldbus cable.MicrontechEstic DC Nutrunner controller also has a mini PLC inside it through which we can do the programming and make our system more effective.
